Vendors are the sellers of record for listed products. However, KWIKSHOP manages logistics coordination, return verification, dispute handling, and refund execution to ensure fair, transparent, and legally compliant resolutions.


2. Eligibility for Return / Refund

Customers may request a return or refund within the return window specified for the product at the time of purchase.

Return eligibility may depend on:

  • Policy defined by vendor and platform

5. Return Pickup & Verification

Refund approval may depend on:

  • No excessive damage beyond reported issue,
  • Compliance with return eligibility terms.

6. Platform Final Decision Authority

To ensure fairness and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, KWIKSHOP reserves the right to make the final determination regarding:

  • Refund approval,
  • Dispute resolution.

This decision shall be binding on both the vendor and the customer.


7. Refund Execution

Once approved:

  • Refunds shall be processed by KWIKSHOP through the original mode of payment where possible.
  • Vendors are not authorized to independently execute payment refunds outside platform procedures.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment gateway or banking institutions.

8. Refund Timeline

9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
